Lionheart

Scattered all through out the Final Fantasy series, and even other games, are other weapons with the name of Lionheart. I thought that, considering Squall's obvious connection to the term, it would be interesting to document them here. This page is more for interest's sake than anything.

Kingdom Hearts
In Kingdom Hearts, the Lionheart is a keyblade wielded by the protagonist Sora. Obtain this weapon by defeating Cloud and Leon in the Hades Cup at the Olympus Colliseum.

Effect: Strength + 7; MP + 1
Description: Raises max MP by 1 and enhances magic and summon power aswell as dealing great physical damage.

Final Fantasy X
The Lionheart is even apparent in Final Fantasy X, this time as a customized version of Tidus--the leading man--'s weapon Variable Steel. Variable Steel can be purchased from Wantz in Macalania Forest for 100000 Gil. It can then be customized as the Lionheart provided that you have the required ability Double Overdrive.

Final Fantasy Tactics Advance
In this game, the Lionheart takes it's shape as what is known in the game as a "Knightsword". It is used by Defenders, Paladins, and Templars.
