I have always loved the town of Winhill. After playing through the game, it was one of the things that stayed in my mind. I love the tragic backstory that takes place here, and the seeming serenity of this beautiful little town. I wanted to make something in honour of it, and to present to the world what went on there, hence Nostalgia was born.nos·tal·gi·a ~ A bittersweet longing for things, persons, or situations of the past.
Everything about the town of Winhill seems to trigger Nostalgia in me. The beautiful music, the soft colours, the lovely scenery--Everything! Also, I'm sure that it makes Laguna and Ellone nostalgic to think about or see the town. Thus, Nostalgia seemed like a perfect name.
