Her first name of Ellone was given to her by her birth parents. Not much is known about them, other then that they lived in Winhill in the house next to the pub and were executed when Ellone was very young.

The name Ellone sounds remarkably similar to the word alone, which means to be separate, apart, or isolated from others.
