「 02. Deku Link 」
Near the beginning of Majoras Mask, upon Link's entrance to clocktown, he meets a strange imp known as "Skull Kid". This imp possesses mysterious powers, seemingly attained from the unusual mask that it is wearing. Using these powers, it transforms Link into a trivial Deku Scrub. Thinking that this is the last he will see of our Hero, Skull kid nonchalantly goes on to do as his heart desires. Link makes the best of his situation, and goes on to defeat that evil mask and the powers which it contains.

(DESCRIPTION)
Deku Link, possibly the weakest of Link's three transformations, possesses many abilities available to only those of the Deku race. Not only can he bounce along the water's surface, but also has the ability to fly. Though being in this form gives Link at a certain handicap, his heroic and determined nature lead him to victory in the end.
